Our philosophy

The journey becomes better when you stop.

For a long time, we believed that a great trip was measured by the number of places visited and the intensity of the itinerary. And then we met travelers who did the opposite—who stayed 3 or 4 nights at the same lodge, who had breakfast at 10 am, who spent their afternoons in the hammock.

These travelers don't come back with 200 photos. They come back changed. Calmer, more present. That's who we created the Serenity Collection for.

Serenity is two or three places chosen for their ability to hold you. Arenal Volcano and its hot springs, where you'll settle in for 3 nights to truly experience the ritual of hot baths at dusk. Tamarindo, where you'll set down your bags for 4 nights facing the Pacific Bay, in a 4-star hotel with an infinity pool and daily sunsets. Optionally Tortuguero, to start the trip in the silence of the canals.

In Tamarindo: beach, swimming, walking along the water. In Arenal: walk in the lodge garden, reading in a hammock. No obligation.

Restaurant Pure life breakfast

Married in a soda (local diner) or grilled fish overlooking the sea. A meal is an event, not just a formality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is serenity boring?

No. It's effortless, Tamarindo offers snorkeling, surfing, golf, and turtle watching. Arenal offers hot springs, hanging bridges, La Fortuna Waterfall, and sloth watching. But nothing is imposed. The difference: you choose at your own pace, not according to a schedule.

Is Sérénité suitable for families with children?

Yes. The format 3-4 nights / stage particularly suitable for families: children settle in well at each location. Tamarindo (calm beach, water sports, lively evenings) and Arenal (hot springs, wildlife, gentle walks) are family-friendly.

What is the difference between Serenity 9 nights and Serenity 11 nights?

The 11 nights add 2 nights in Tortuguero At the beginning of the journey—waterways, sea turtle observation (June-November), contemplative nature. If this is your first discovery of Costa Rica or if you enjoy aquatic nature, take the 11 nights.

Do the prices include international flights?

No. «From» prices cover all services in Costa Rica (Accommodations, transfers, taxes, French-speaking reception guide). Car rental is an additional charge (8 days, starting from 73 USD/day). International flights add them via Toucan Dynamics in a few clicks.

Can you do Serenity without renting a car?

Difficult — the Serenity identity is a self-drive tour with freedom of time management. However, it is possible with private transfers, upon request to your advisor.

When is the best time to go?

All year round. The dry season (Dec-Apr) guarantees daily sunshine. The green season (May-Nov) offers gentler rates, clear mornings, and an even calmer atmosphere with fewer tourists in Tamarindo. Tortuguero is particularly interesting in June-November turtle nesting season.

Is there a «premium» option with 4-star hotels?

Yes. The Superior accommodations are available: Aranjuez 4★ in San José, Mawamba Lodge 4★ in Tortuguero, Swiss Captain 4★ to Tamarindo (luxury beachfront in a tropical garden). Ask your advisor about the supplement.
